Course Rules
All players must adhere to the following rules to maintain course standards and ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
Handicap Requirement
Only golfers with a valid official USGA Handicap are permitted to play on Weekend and Public Holidays (Men: Maximum handicap of 24, Ladies: Maximum handicap of 36).
All players must declare their handicap during registration. Course Marshals reserve the right to stop play for individuals who fail to present a valid handicap. No Refunds will be issued for green fees or buggy fees in such cases. Junior golfers must be at least 12 years old, possess a valid handicap, and be accompanied by an adult golfer with a valid handicap at all times.
Non-Golfers on Course
Non-golfers and children under the age of 12 without handicap are strictly prohibited from entering the golf course or accompanying players at any time.
Code of Conduct
All children, guests, and visitors must behave with decorum and adhere to standard etiquette while on the premises. The use of threatening, abusive, or inappropriate language or gestures towards staff or fellow players is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in disciplinary action by Bangi Golf Resort management.
Ball Pickup Policy
To maintain smooth play, golfers are advised to pick up their ball if a clear flight is ahead of them.
Tee Time Punctuality
Golfers must register at least 30 minutes before their scheduled tee time and be at the tee box 20 minutes prior. Flights that fail to report on time will forfeit their tee-off slot and will only be permitted to start after all punctual flights have teed off. Bangi Golf Resort reserves the right to reassign the time slot in such circumstances.
Golf Equipment
Each golfer must have their own individual golf set (either owned or rented). Sharing of golf sets is not permitted during gameplay.
Undue Delay/Slow Play
The course marshal on duty has the responsibility to keep play moving at reasonable speed and they have complete authority to ask any flight to speed up play and let the faster flight pass.
Golf Equipment
Golf equipment and personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the golfer. Bangi Golf Resort shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or incident arising in relation thereto.
Booking Terms
Please review our booking policies carefully before making your reservation.
Advance Booking
Golf Booking can be made 7 days in advance via online at Bangi Golf Resort website or download Qi-Soft Golf Application or via call our golf operation counter.
Member Responsibility
The Member who made the booking shall be solely responsible for the no-shows of any of the players on the same flight.
Tee-Off Rights
The Management reserves the right to allow other players to tee-off for booking(s) not taken up.
Corporate Booking Reservation
The Management may at any time and from time to time by notice reserve the whole or any part of the Golf Course for such purpose.
Booking & Payment Policy
Bookings and payments are non-cancellable within 24 hours. Rescheduling is allowed within 7 days from the original date with an administrative fee of RM10 per person. Cancellations must be made at least one day in advance.
No Refund Policy
Please note that no Refunds or rain checks will be issued under any circumstances, including inclement weather or player no-shows.
Player Count & Refund Notice
No Refunds will be provided for cancellations or reductions in the number of players once a booking has been confirmed.
Tee-Off Schedule
Tee-off times are subject to change on all days.
DRESS CODE
A dress code is essential to preserve the tradition of attire relating to golf.
All guests over the age of 6, are expected to comply with the dress code.
Gentleman
i) Golf shorts must be mid-thigh or longer.
ii) Collared shirts, short and long sleeve mock turtleneck shirts that are permitted and must be tucked in.
iii) Long trousers must be neat in appearance.
iv) Closed toe shoes must be worn at all times.
v) Hats are to be worn in the manner in which they were intended.
Ladies
i) Golf skirts, shorts, or skorts must be of a respectful length at all times, whether standing or bent over – slack are acceptable.
ii) Legging must be covered by a skirt, skort, or shorts.
iii) Sleeved and sleeveless shirts must have a collar, crew neck or high neck.
iv) Shoes must be worn at all times.
v) Hats are to be worn in the manner in which they were intended.
